    Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

    Economy — From $3.99, US delivery in 4–8 business days, not available internationally.
    Standard — From $4.75, US delivery in 2–5 business days, international delivery in 10–30 business days.
    Priority — Calculated at checkout, US delivery in 2–3 business days, international delivery in 3–5 business days (subject to availability).
    Express — $7.99 (+$2.40 per additional item), US delivery in 2–3 business days, not available internationally.

    Delivery estimates begin once an order ships and do not include potential customs delays for international orders.

    Shipping Upgrades

    Orders placed with Standard shipping may occasionally be upgraded to Priority if supported for your destination. Economy orders cannot be upgraded after placement. Express shipping must be selected at checkout and cannot be added afterward.

    International Orders

    We ship internationally via Standard and Priority shipping. Economy and Express are only available for domestic (US) orders. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

    Delivery to Post Offices or Parcel Lockers

    With Economy or Standard shipping, some orders may be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker rather than directly to your address, depending on local carrier procedures in your area.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping notification email with a carrier tracking link so you can follow your package to delivery.

    Delayed or Missing Shipments

    If it's been longer than the estimated delivery window above and you haven't received a tracking update, contact us at yigitoz@casencloth.com and we'll look into it.
