Welcome to Case&Cloth (casencloth.com, the "Services"), operated by Case&Cloth ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  1. Eligibility. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services.
  2. Products & Pricing. All products are made to order via our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, product descriptions, and images, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
  3. Orders & Payment. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of a product.
  4. Shipping & Delivery. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
  5. Returns & Refunds. Our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds — including your rights if applicable law grants you a mandatory right of withdrawal — is described in our Refund Policy.
  6. Intellectual Property. All content on the Services, including designs, graphics, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to Case&Cloth and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
  7. User Conduct. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; interfere with or disrupt the Services; or submit false or misleading information.
  8. Third-Party Services. The Services rely on third-party platforms including Shopify (store infrastructure), our payment provider, and our fulfillment partner. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues arising from these third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
  9. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Case&Cloth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through them. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
  10. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
  11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide you with additional rights that cannot be waived.
  12. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
